Sam's Club Military & Veteran Discount
No merchandise discount — instead, verified military members can join a new Club membership for $15 + $5 Sam’s Cash (or Plus for $50 + $5) via ID.me. New members only.
Sam’s Club doesn’t give military shoppers a percentage off the products you buy. What it offers instead is a discounted new membership: verified military members can join a one-year Club membership for $15 (plus $5 in Sam’s Cash), or step up to Plus for $50 (plus $5 in Sam’s Cash) — well below the standard annual fees. You verify your military status through ID.me on the Sam’s Club join page, and the offer is for new members only.
Because this is a membership sign-up promotion rather than an everyday discount, the exact price can change, and it covers people who don’t currently have (and haven’t recently had) a Sam’s Club membership. The membership auto-renews each year at the regular rate unless you cancel, so note the renewal terms before you join.
This is an independent guide to help you use the offer. We’re not affiliated with Sam’s Club, and Sam’s Club controls the terms and can change them at any time. Always confirm the current price and conditions on Sam’s Club’s official military membership page before you join.

HOW IT WORKS
There are two tiers and two links. Club: hosted-pages.id.me/sams-club-military — "Join Sam’s Club Membership for just $15 + $5 in Sam’s Cash." Plus: hosted-pages.id.me/sams-club-military-plus — "Join Sam’s Club Plus Membership for just $50 + $5 in Sam’s Cash," which the Plus page describes as an "Instant Savings offer for $60 off."
Sam’s Club uses ID.me to confirm military status for the online membership offer. You create a free ID.me account and verify in the Military community; ID.me may request service documentation. After verification you’re routed back to Sam’s Club to complete the new membership at the offer price. Verification follows ID.me’s own re-confirmation policies, so don’t assume one-time verification is permanent.
One thing to watch: many aggregators — and some of Sam’s Club’s own older help-center copy — still describe this as "60% off, join for $20" for Club and "$60" for Plus, with a "$5 in-club gift card." As of June 23, 2026 the current, live Sam’s Club–linked ID.me pages state $15 Club + $5 Sam’s Cash and $50 Plus + $5 Sam’s Cash. The dollar figures and the "Sam’s Cash vs. gift card" wording have changed over time, so confirm the current terms at signup.
If you’re not eligible as military, Sam’s Club runs separate discounted new-member offers for First Responders, Government Employees, Seniors (50+), and SNAP/EBT recipients through ID.me and its help center — these are distinct from the military offer, each with its own page and pricing.
Exclusions & fine print
- This is a discounted membership price, not a discount on merchandise — it does not give a percentage off the products you buy.
- New members only: not valid for renewals, anyone with a current membership, anyone who held a Sam’s Club membership within the prior 24 months, or Walmart and Sam’s Club associates.
- Membership auto-renews annually at the then-current standard rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal (cancel online, at any club, or by calling 888-746-7726).
- Must be 18+; membership is subject to Sam’s Club qualifications, cards are nontransferable, and the primary membership is valid one year from issue.
- Prices shown are pre-tax; sales tax may apply on the pre-discount price per state and local law.
- The offer is "limited and may be terminated or changed at any time," and the price/structure has changed over time — confirm the current figures on Sam’s Club’s official military membership page before joining.

All military & veteran discountsEditorial policy
- Source priority. We cite the Sam's Club military membership page and the Sam's Club–linked ID.me hosted join pages first, and the Sam's Club help center for eligible groups. We report plainly that Sam's Club offers no merchandise discount for military shoppers — only a discounted new membership — and we use only the current hosted-page figures ($15 Club / $50 Plus, each plus $5 in Sam's Cash). We deliberately omit the stale "60% off / $20 / $60 / $5 in-club gift card" figures that older copy and aggregators still circulate.

- Review cadence. Because Sam's Club can change these terms at any time, the offer is re-verified against the official page on a recurring basis and whenever a reader reports a change.
