Weekly BOGO deals (30+ every week), free Club Publix digital coupons, and coupon-stacking (one manufacturer plus one Publix or competitor coupon per item) routinely save more than a flat 10% — and pairing any grocery trip with a grocery-cashback credit card adds roughly 3–6% on top. If you have commissary access, the tax-free on-base grocery store is usually the cheapest everyday channel of all.
