lululemon Military & Veteran Discount
15% off for verified military, veterans, and first responders — confirmed through SheerID, redeemable online or in store.
lululemon gives verified military members and first responders 15% off, and its military category is genuinely broad — active duty, reservists, veterans, and retirees all qualify, as do the spouses and dependents of active personnel in the same household (each verifies separately). You confirm your status through SheerID, lululemon’s third-party verification partner, then the discount becomes an "always-on" benefit you can use as many times as you like, online or in store. Your verified status lasts four years before you need to re-verify.
The catch is that it doesn’t stack. The 15% can’t be combined with other promotions, promo codes, sales or markdowns, or with gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay, or PayPal online, and it excludes the lululemon Like New resale site, gift-card purchases, co-branded product, and items sold through third parties. It’s strictly for your own purchases — not for gifting or resale.
This is an independent guide to help you use the offer. We’re not affiliated with lululemon, and lululemon controls the terms and can change them at any time. Always confirm the current details on lululemon’s official Military & First Responder page before you buy.

WHO QUALIFIES
lululemon gives verified military members and first responders 15% off regular-price gear — including We Made Too Much, lululemon lab, and selfcare — verified through SheerID and redeemable online or in store.
- Active-duty military, verified through SheerID.
- Veterans, verified through SheerID.
- Retired military, verified through SheerID.
- Reservists, verified through SheerID. (lululemon names "reservist" but does not separately list National Guard — Guard members are reasonably covered, but confirm through the SheerID form.)
- Spouses and dependents of active personnel in the same household — eligible only for active personnel, and each must complete their own SheerID verification (limits may apply to the number of dependents). lululemon does not state that spouses or dependents of veterans or retirees qualify.
- First responders — firefighters, law enforcement, search & rescue, and EMTs — get the same 15%, verified through SheerID.
- Medical doctors and licensed nurses are eligible under the first-responder program.

HOW IT WORKS
lululemon uses SheerID to confirm eligibility. You click "Get Verified," sign in to — or create — a lululemon account, and submit your information and military or first-responder status. Verification may be instantaneous (up to about 20 minutes); if it can’t be confirmed automatically, SheerID compares your uploaded documents against your form entries, so enter your name exactly as it appears on your documents.
You’ll get a confirmation email from SheerID, after which the discount is active on your account. Your verified status is good for four years — after that, lululemon asks you to verify again — and there’s no limit on how many times you use it in between. Spouses and dependents of active personnel must each complete their own verification.
One detail worth noting: lululemon names "reservist" among eligible groups but does not separately list National Guard. Guard members are most likely covered, but because the official page doesn’t enumerate them, confirm through the SheerID form rather than assuming. For verification problems — including denials and renewals — lululemon directs members to SheerID support; for other questions, to lululemon’s contact page.
Exclusions & fine print
- For yourself only — the discount can’t be used to buy for friends, family, or others, for gifting, or for resale; misuse can mean removal from the program.
- Not stackable — it cannot be combined with any other offers, promotional codes, discounts, coupons, or sale/markdown items. Markdown items in your cart can block the online toggle.
- Excluded channels and products: the lululemon Like New resale site, gift cards and e-gift cards, co-branded product, lululemon product sold through third parties, and phone orders.
- Online payment limits: no gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay, or PayPal online (gift cards are OK in store); credit card or Apple Pay only online.
- No published dollar cap, but lululemon reserves the right to "restrict transactions and spending limits, at its sole discretion and without notice," and to exempt certain products or categories.
- Standard lululemon return policy applies (30 days; We Made Too Much sales are final). The program is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and "additional exclusions may apply."
