lululemon gives verified military members and first responders 15% off, and its military category is genuinely broad — active duty, reservists, veterans, and retirees all qualify, as do the spouses and dependents of active personnel in the same household (each verifies separately). You confirm your status through SheerID, lululemon’s third-party verification partner, then the discount becomes an "always-on" benefit you can use as many times as you like, online or in store. Your verified status lasts four years before you need to re-verify.

The catch is that it doesn’t stack. The 15% can’t be combined with other promotions, promo codes, sales or markdowns, or with gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay, or PayPal online, and it excludes the lululemon Like New resale site, gift-card purchases, co-branded product, and items sold through third parties. It’s strictly for your own purchases — not for gifting or resale.

Sign in and verify with SheerID
Sign in to — or create — a lululemon account, then verify your military or first-responder status through SheerID. Upload additional documentation if requested, and enter your name exactly as it appears on your documents.
Confirm by email and sign back in
After you receive your SheerID confirmation email, sign in with the same account on lululemon.com or the iOS app.
Turn on the 15% off toggle at checkout
At checkout, make sure the 15% off toggle is turned on. Markdown items in your cart can prevent the toggle from applying, so remove them if needed.
Pay with a credit card or Apple Pay

HOW IT WORKS

lululemon uses SheerID to confirm eligibility. You click "Get Verified," sign in to — or create — a lululemon account, and submit your information and military or first-responder status. Verification may be instantaneous (up to about 20 minutes); if it can’t be confirmed automatically, SheerID compares your uploaded documents against your form entries, so enter your name exactly as it appears on your documents.

You’ll get a confirmation email from SheerID, after which the discount is active on your account. Your verified status is good for four years — after that, lululemon asks you to verify again — and there’s no limit on how many times you use it in between. Spouses and dependents of active personnel must each complete their own verification.

One detail worth noting: lululemon names "reservist" among eligible groups but does not separately list National Guard. Guard members are most likely covered, but because the official page doesn’t enumerate them, confirm through the SheerID form rather than assuming. For verification problems — including denials and renewals — lululemon directs members to SheerID support; for other questions, to lululemon’s contact page.

Exclusions & fine print

For yourself only — the discount can’t be used to buy for friends, family, or others, for gifting, or for resale; misuse can mean removal from the program.
