The offer is evergreen, not a holiday promo — SUMMIT publishes it year-round, and NYC Veterans Day deal roundups have simply pointed at this standing offer. Visitors on Tripadvisor report the military discount being honored on-site, which is consistent with the published terms (anecdotal, not a term of the offer).
