HOW IT WORKS

Online, Dollywood uses ID.me to confirm military status before you can buy discounted tickets or passes, and you also sign in to or create a My Dollywood account to complete the purchase. In person, a Dollywood or Splash Country ticket-window host checks your physical military ID instead of using ID.me. For stays, you present your military ID at check-in. Dollywood does not state an ID.me re-verification frequency; ID.me’s own policy governs how often you re-verify.

Because Dollywood publishes set military prices rather than a percentage, you can’t quote a single "% off" for tickets — and any flat percentage you see on coupon sites (5%, 26%, and 30% have all appeared) is not supported by Dollywood’s official source. Compare the published military price against general-public promotions, which are sometimes lower and open to everyone.

The military program is sponsored by Humana. First responders, teachers, and other public employees are not part of the military offer, but Dollywood runs a separate "Public Employee Appreciation Days" program that has included some of those groups — verify it separately if you also qualify there.
