HOW TO REDEEM

RitFit uses VerifyPass, a third-party verification service — not ID.me, GovX, SheerID, or WeSalute. You confirm your status once, and VerifyPass issues a unique code tied to your eligibility. RitFit’s own pages describe the process but do not state a percentage or a re-verification interval, so check VerifyPass for how long a code stays valid. If a code fails to apply, RitFit’s FAQ says to email support@ritfitsports.com with your order number and a screenshot of the code (2–3 business days to resolve); phone support is 888-818-9660, Mon–Fri.

Because RitFit runs frequent public sitewide sales, a standing clearance (“Big Sale”) collection, and a first-order newsletter code, the member discount is often not the cheapest path. A live sale price can beat, and cannot be stacked on top of, the VerifyPass code — Shopify checkout takes one code per order. The deepest cuts on big-ticket racks and home-gym packages typically land during the Black Friday collection and seasonal sitewide events, which are open to everyone.

Two RitFit-specific extras are worth knowing. First, RitFit sells heavily on Amazon (the RITFIT LLC storefront), where the VerifyPass code does not apply — there you rely on Amazon’s own clip coupons and sale events, so compare the Amazon total against RitFit’s live site price. Second, RitFit runs a separate program that provides free fitness products to individuals with disabilities; it’s application-based (contact 888-818-9660 or support@ritfitsports.com) and is not a discount you combine with a cart.
