HOW IT WORKS

You verify through ID.me (a free account is required), and on success Pandora issues a promo code that is single-use, limited to one per customer per 24 hours, and expires 60 days after you receive it. ID.me may periodically require re-verification per its own policies, so don’t assume a one-time, permanent verification. For verification problems, use ID.me support; for code or order issues, contact Pandora. In-store redemption is available only where the store supports ID.me.

The exclusions are specific: the code doesn’t apply to 14K gold, Lab-Grown Diamonds (Diamonds by Pandora), or gift card/e-card purchases, and it can’t be combined with any other offer or used on prior purchases.
