The most important number is the cap, not the percentage. Ten percent capped at $30 means the discount maxes at a $300 ticket subtotal; on a $600 order the effective rate is about 5%. And it never touches Vivid Seats’ service fees, which are a large share of the total — so the real out-the-door savings are smaller than “10% off the order” implies. Any claim of “10% off everything including fees” is inaccurate.
