Navy Week's unprecedented dual-city format brought outreach to both Honolulu and Hilo, underscoring the enduring bond between Hawaii and America's sea services. The 30th Annual Honolulu Festival is Hawaii's premier Pacific Rim cultural festival, promoting mutual understanding and ethnic harmony between Hawaii and Pacific nations.
