Quad Cities Navy Week 2009 is packed with events demonstrating the mission of the Navy and our proud heritage. These events include Blue Angels and Navy Band Horizon performances, Accelerate Your Life Experience (AYLE) Simulator all intent to give the public a personal look at the men and women of the Navy serving throughout the world in different roles.

Rear Admiral Michael J. Browne, Deputy Chief Engineer of Naval Sea Systems Command, will serve as our spokesperson.

This year, 21 cities have been selected to host a Navy Week including Phoenix, St. Louis, Des Moines, Denver, Spokane, Rock County WI, Rochester, Chattanooga, Oklahoma City, Quad Cities, Boston, Salinas CA, Omaha, Columbus OH, Knoxville, York PA, Reno, Albuquerque, Greenville SC, Houston and New Orleans.
