There will be a Navy Week Proclamation from 10:00 a.m. -10:30 a.m with Rear Adm. McLaughlin and the Mayor of Kansas city followed by a future Sailor swear-in. There will also be an informational booth set up outside the auditorium
11:45 a.m. -1:00 p.m Rear Adm. McLaughlin speaks at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce about leadership from a business perspective
