This event will kick off with an official Navy Week Proclamation from the Mayor himself, T.M. Franklin Cownie, declaring April 19-24 as Navy Week. . The morning will include demonstrations by sailors from the 18th Century frigate, USS Constitution,, Navy career presentations - and more!
