Denver Navy Week 2009 is packed with events demonstrating the mission of the Navy and our proud heritage. These events can include Navy Bandperformances, SEAL Accelerators, Blue Angels F/A-18 Flight Simulators, all intent to give the public a personal look at the men and women of the Navy serving throughout the world in different roles.

Rear Admiral Albert
Garcia III will serve as our spokesperson. In addition to the admiral, there could be guest appearances from the Navy Band and other outstanding local Sailors.

2009 Navy Weeks

This year, 21 cities have been selected to host a Navy Week including Phoenix, St. Louis, Des Moines, Denver, Spokane, Rock County WI, Rochester, Chattanooga, Oklahoma City, Quad Cities IA, Boston, Salinas CA, Omaha, Columbus OH, Knoxville, York PA, Reno, Albuquerque, Greenville SC, Houston and New Orleans.
